Applications are due before 11:59pm(EST) on August 24, 2011. Funding for FY12 is expected to be
more competitive than previous years. We recommend that all applicants call EBTJV contacts with their state
and the Service Sponsoring Office to discuss their project early and solicit feedback before going
through with the application process.
